life of...wha???

I just watched the movie the Life of Pi. It was breathtaking...it was a visual master piece...it was beautiful...it was...confusing as hell? Maybe something is wrong with me...but I seriously was left feeling VERY unsettled by the ending.  Eh...whatever...the main reason for this post is that now I can't go to sleep. So what have I decided to do instead?? BLOG!
Since my last post...a snow-pocalypse happened on May 2nd.

 And I quote..."SPRING!!!! SPRING!!!! SPRING IS HERE!!! hopefully to stay...cause if it starts to get cold again before October...I am NOT going to be a happy camper. Ain't nobody got time for that...."Remember when I said that?...I don't have time for this? yeah...that's right...I didn't. We got 15 inches of snow. It blew the previous snow record in May by 13 inches...THIRTEEN! Let me help you out with the math there...the previous record for snowfall in May was TWO INCHES.

It took hours to shovel that crap...and not only was it 15 inches thick...it was heavy AND wet.  It took out power lines and trees like they were toothpicks! Look at this branch!!

I do love Minnesota. Do not get me wrong...and I sure did enjoy the freak Snow day as well as the next fat person.  I didn't even bother to get my car un-buried and when I did, I counted it on my weight watchers activities points...because that business was EXHAUSTING. 

All I know is this...
